are you left handed?
because that camera would be for a left handed person and has never really existed that way.

Grip, Shutter Release and Film advance lever are on the wrong side.
If you see a real Camera from the frontside these elements are normally on the left,
or right when you hold the camera in your hand.
It is a Canon AE-1 you have there, easy to google an image of that.
In case the photo is taken in front of a mirror, why is the lettering not mirror-inverted?
